Cheers to Cathy Stanley Phipps and Insurance Service Center! I was involved in an automobile accident on Aug. 21. I was a mess, and my car was totaled. I called Cathy, and she was at my side within minutes. Cathy is my insurance agent and also my best friend. She works at Insurance Service Center on Hope Mills Road.

Cathy called in my claim and had my rental car ready before I even made it to the hospital. She even stayed at the hospital with me for a while.

Cheers also to Sarah Phelps, my friend and co-worker, who stopped and stayed with me and comforted me until the ambulance took me to the hospital.
