Cheers to Cathy Stanley Phipps and Insurance Service Center! I was involved in an automobile accident on Aug. 21. I was a mess, and my car was totaled. I called Cathy, and she was at my side within minutes. Cathy is my insurance agent and also my best friend. She works at Insurance Service Center on Hope Mills Road.

Cathy called in my claim and had my rental car ready before I even made it to the hospital. She even stayed at the hospital with me for a while.

Cheers also to Sarah Phelps, my friend and co-worker, who stopped and stayed with me and comforted me until the ambulance took me to the hospital.

Big cheers to Cathy and Sarah, and thank you!

I Want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you and the other staff in your Clinton Office for always responding quickly to my inquiries. Over the past 9 years you and your team have been consistently polite, professional, helpful and above all friendly whenever I call. You always make me feel like I am your only customer, yet I know that is not the situation at all.

I also want to express my appreciation for sending out this insurance renewal well in advance. Because July is a month when I am normally traveling, it is always a worry to me that the insurance forms and premiums will be due while I am away from home.
